Would have blocked a $295 million sale of Caterpillar D9R and D9T armored bulldozers to Israel, including spare parts, corrosion protection, training, and logistics support. The D9 is the bulldozer Israel uses to demolish homes and clear buildings in Gaza, the West Bank, and southern Lebanon.

Motion to discharge from the Foreign Relations Committee. Would have blocked a $151.8 million sale of 1,000-pound bombs and related components to Israel. These are the heavy unguided munitions used in airstrikes on refugee camps, hospitals, and apartment blocks in Gaza and southern Lebanon.
