Tammy Duckworth forced the fourth Senate discharge vote on Iran war powers, seven weeks into a war Congress never authorized. It failed on mostly party lines. Rand Paul was the only Republican Yea. John Fetterman was the only Democratic Nay. Every other senator voted with their party.
